2011 is going to be the year of the thigh-length boot, I can feel it. The style has been in vogue for a while, but has been the preserve of only the more daring dresser. Now, more of us want to dip our toes into the dark depths of the Long Boot!
Sam Edelman’s Zale boots, along with Karen Millen’s fabulous over-knee stretch boots are two of the defining styles of the season. They’re beautifully sculpted, with blunt heels, criss cross straps and an amazing stud design running all the way up the leg. Any outfit would be improved by these boots, and I’m dreaming of a pair of my own…
